Am I able to return the product?

We are only able to issue refunds if our customers return it within 10 business days upon arrival. Customers should refer to our shipping policy.
How long does shipping take?

Once an item is purchased, Rekindle will have your box ready in the next 48 hours. We ship worldwide. Although the delivery date depends on which region our customers reside, we strive to have a shipping date between 1-2 weeks.
